We cook, prepare, package and deliver a range of gluten free ready meals, snacks and beverages direct from our state of the art premises to our customer’s door.
Depending on your locality, you will have a specific delivery day & time frame. You can check your allocated delivery days here
It would be advisable for someone to be home on the day of delivery to make sure your order is received.
If you are not home your delivery will be left at your front door unless you have specified another location in your notes when placing your online order, or have informed our sales staff by phone.
Once you have browsed through our choice of meals and selected the meal(s) you want, click on the shopping cart to buy. Then complete your delivery details, choose your payment option and wait for your delivery, simple.

The process conducted within the production allows the meal to endure up to 12 months that has best used by date on the packaging
After the meals are freshly cooked, they are frozen to preserve and lock in all the goodness that are within the fresh ingredients, then sealed to prevent any contamination.
Our products and ingredients are analysed by our accredited dietitians, and our meals are prepared under strict conditions in our ‘Gluten Free Only’ kitchen, so as to avoid any risk of cross contamination.
We have sourced the best quality gluten free ingredients available and our experienced chefs have been able to create the taste most gluten free foods lack, without any artificial flavouring or added salt.
There are no contracts, however, any order under $99 with incur a delivery charge of $10
If you are not happy with the meal(s) you have received, simply contact us by phone or email with your order details, a brief comment of your concern along with a photograph of your meal(s) and we will promptly address your concern.
Your delivery will come in a tightly sealed, secured, protected cardboard box. Inside you will find your frozen meal(s) in tightly sealed pack tray(s). Any other items will be in their own separate package for easy disposal/recycling.
Luigi had established an extensive career in sales and marketing that eventually progressed onto developing a number of successful businesses. But it wasn’t until his lovely wife Josie was diagnosed with autoimmune disease that he commenced the painful journey alongside his wife in finding a solution for this debilitation condition. Every path they took appeared to lead “nowhere”. As frustration continued to build over time, Josie’s condition was not improving, particularly as very few food outlets/supermarkets & restaurants accommodated for people who were gluten intolerant.
Eventually, Luigi had a fortunate encounter with a local restauranteur named Marco, who was experimenting with gluten free meals in his restaurant, that has given hope to people like Luigi’s wife. This personal drive for Luigi has fuelled his passion to help people with coeliac disease live happier, healthier lives.
As a Registered Nurse and Health Coach since 1987, Vince has seen firsthand the consequences that poor nutrition can cause on one’s health, particularly once a chronic health condition has set in and becomes difficult to self-manage. After graduating as a Registered Nurse, Vince has ventured on a wellness journey in order to establish significant partnerships with other health professionals to increase his knowledge and professional status in the health & wellness industry. He completed his Personal Training/Fitness qualification & established a Health Coach consulting business in 2015.
Marco’s love of food has always been in his blood. Growing up in a large family in the Neapolitan region of Italy, traditional Italian cuisine was all he knew and destined to eventually take his passion of food to his new home in Australia later on. His mother has been a significant inspiration — instilling a passion for culture and taste with her special natural ingredients that were the major component to Marco’s dishes in his own restaurants in Melbourne. He has received a number of industry awards over a number of years, with significant recognition upon returning to Italy on numerous occasions. Marco fully understands the need for natural ingredients to bring out the balance between ultimate nutrition and taste.
