Our store is hosted with Shopify which they provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

Website Price & Payments:

We are not liable to you and anyone else in connection with the use of our website or a linked website if interference with or damage to your devices such as mobile phone, computer systems or any electronic devices. You must at your own precautions to ensure that whatever you select for your use from our website is free of viruses

Our currency is in Australian dollars and includes GST. Payment for all Products must be by credit or debit card or We accept payment with Visa and Mastercard.

 GENERAL CONDITIONS:

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.

We reserve the rights at any time to revise the website content thereof without notice for product updates, price change, discontinue lines, promotions, and services.

You Status and Orders:

When placing a meal order via our website, you warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and are living in Australia.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made from the online platform. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

Security:

All details from the process from payments are secured through credit card payment systems. Wellbeing Gluten Free dose not store any credit card information on our server. Well take rational process to safeguard your personal information. Although we are not liable for any unauthorised access to this information.

Cancellation Policy:

We at Wellbeing Gluten free requires a minimum notice within 24 hours after which you require to communicate either two (2) options, which you can contact the customer care team 03 7012 0881 or email from the website.

Availability & Delivery:

Once the order is received an email confirmation from Wellbeing Gluten free containing your information then it will be delivered within the time range you selected. Please unfortunately we are adhered to a request for a specific delivery time. Wellbeing Gluten Free accepts no liability for any loss or deterioration of any goods you ordered once they have been delivered in accordance with your instruction and our terms and conditions.

These Terms of Service are effective unless and until terminated by either you or us. You may terminate these Terms of Service at any time by notifying us that you no longer wish to use our Services, or when you cease using our site.
If in our sole judgment you fail, or we suspect that you have failed, to comply with any term or provision of these Terms of Service, we also may terminate this agreement at any time without notice and you will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination; and/or accordingly may deny you access to our Services (or any part thereof).

Disputes

All disputes to be lodged at support@wellbgf.com.au in writing, explaining the details of the dispute. The Intellectual property rights from the website is owned by us.

However, we do grant you a licence to access the website and view the Content on the terms and conditions set out in this Agreement and, In addition, the website contains links to other website as well as the content add by other people other than us we strongly do not endorse, sponsor or approve any such user to generate content or any content available on any linked site. At times the website will not operate on a continuous basis and may be unavailable including maintenance purposes.

OUR RETURN & REFUND POLICY:

Our Return & Refunds Policy covers refused and returned orders due to system error, customer error, and/or driver inability to deliver an order safely and correctly.

This refund policy does not apply to goods which have been opened, consumed partly or damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product.

All products and orders must be returned in their original condition. Customers bear all costs associated with the refusal and return of any order if there is no fault on the part of Wellbeing Gluten Free. Failure to adhere to the terms and conditions of we will prohibit any refunds or credits being issued to the Customer.

Please choose wisely before you complete the order from online services.

We will not be held liable to any financial or physical damages of any kind. For any delivery or meal issues or feedback, please contact our customer service team  support@wellbgf.com.au  within 7 days of receiving your order. Photos of the meal and / or delivery are required to assist in our investigation. For minor complaints, a voucher code may be offered in lieu of a refund.

Delivery Procedures:

The Deliveries will only be placed at the front of property and not placed at the rear or side of a property or in the garages or similar. This is for the safety of our drivers and the security of your Property.

The package which we deliver measures (L) 280mm (W) 190mm (D) 160mm and consists of up to 8 meals; If does not fit your esky or cooler bag, it will be left somewhere is deemed safe. Our drivers are not permitted to open or unpack the box.

Our drivers deliver in accordance with our terms and conditions and will leave your order at the front entrance door if no one is home.

It is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery day according to the postcode address selected fits with your schedule.

If for unknown reasons it is not safe to make the delivery and unable to be contact with you, then no delivery will occur, and a re- delivery fee may apply.
